These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of products and services offered on RapidVocals.com, operated by TuneTackle. By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
The 100 Vocal Presets pack is a one-time sign-up bonus, not the primary product. The primary service offered by TuneTackle is a recurring monthly subscription ("the Subscription") that grants you access to and a license to use TuneTackle's library of beat instrumentals — currently over 300 tracks ("the Beat Library") — for $27 USD per month.
When you complete your initial $27 purchase, you immediately receive the 100 Vocal Presets pack as a bonus for signing up, and you are enrolled in the Subscription. After any trial period stated at checkout, the Subscription renews automatically each month at $27 USD until you cancel it.
Upon payment, TuneTackle grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Vocal Presets, and — for as long as your Subscription remains active — the Beat Instrumentals, in your own music productions, including commercial releases, without further royalty payments to TuneTackle. This license does not permit you to resell, redistribute, or repackage the preset or beat files themselves.
The free song mastering offer is provided by TuneTackle on a best-efforts basis as part of your Subscription. Submit your audio file to hello@utilitybeats.com to request mastering.
TuneTackle's customers for the Subscription and related digital content are private individuals (consumers) located outside the European Union, who use and consume these electronically delivered services in their country of residence outside the EU.
Under Danish VAT law, electronically delivered services — such as access to hosted digital content and media libraries — are treated as consumed where the customer is established, rather than where the seller is established. Sales of such services to private consumers located outside the EU are accordingly treated as VAT-exempt exports: TuneTackle does not charge Danish or foreign VAT on these sales, while still recording every sale in its accounts in accordance with Danish bookkeeping requirements.

TuneTackle owns all rights, title, and interest in the Vocal Presets, Beat Instrumentals, and other content made available through RapidVocals.com, subject only to the license granted to you in Section 3.
The Vocal Presets, Beat Library, and mastering service are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TuneTackle's total liability arising from your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to TuneTackle in the 12 months before the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Subscription after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
